Let’s get real. I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. Seeking out a therapist who can help you on that path is the first step. How can I help you? Many people see therapy as a very one-sided conversation, with little opportunity for interaction or getting to experience each other as real people. In my approach, you will find that I keep it real! I want to help you achieve whatever solutions and life changes you are looking for while enjoying the process as much as possible and experiencing both yourself and your world in new ways. Your therapy does not always need to be painful. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Gottman approaches (Couples therapy). I can utilize other modalities as needed. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, depression, substance addictions, sexual addictions/disorders, and couples counseling.
